We searched and you came up tops on the web for a complex "re-interface" of our telephone and paging systems to work with a Cisco VOIP system at several locations around Wisconsin.

Mistakes were not an option, as we depend on solid communications to conduct business. Another concern of ours was that the manufacturer of the existing paging system equipment was no longer around.

Your deliberate and detailed inventory of existing systems and the way they related to each other (even across remote systems), we led you to recommend a few upgrades that helped us keep a highly uniform, high-quality standard at each of our offices. The only office that really needed significant upgrades was our Milwaukee office and you kept the cost down to less than a quarter of the cost of a complete new system - and we received a system that works perfectly. Not only that, but the equipment room looks better than it ever has and we have intelligent laid-out drawings (digital and print) to work from should we ever need to add to the system again.
