Dear Jerry,

Thank-you for the multiple-building job you did for Weyco Group.

We were mostly out of service for paging in two of our three buildings at this campus. We found Intelegist by searching the web for "paging repair" - maybe including the names of the manufacturers of the paging equipment in our plant. We're glad you came up at the top!

It was obvious from the start that you're very familiar with paging equipment from many manufacturers - and on how to design, install and repair paging systems for optimum performance.

Over the years we couldn't even get anyone to come out to see us. Everyone just wanted to quote the cost of new equipment over the phone without ever seeing our place. I was actually surprised when the first thing you said was, "It sounds like a repair: I'll have to come out and take a look at what you have."

Once you got the head end equipment fixed and interfaced to the East building it was about thirty minutes before a co-worker came running, saying "That's the way that paging should sound! Our work is going to be a LOT easier to do now that we can hear the speakers in the East building! It sounds crystal clear now." Like I said at the time, that was all we needed to get the rest of the job approved and done right.

As good as the work was, Jerry - it was even better when our bill was for much less than you recommended we budget for the job! Moreover, we're no longer burning up speakers and amps the way we used to.

Jerry, thanks for a great job. The system sounds like a big dog barking now!
