When we first found you on the web and called you for a repair we were a little skeptical. We were cautious because we knew we had a problem that needed trouble-shooting, and we thought someone would come in and get paid to sell us a new paging system. Imagine our surprise when you assured us after only an hour that our existing system could be fixed at a cost of about 5% of a new system. Then you gave us recommendations and an estimate for upgrades - essentially re-designing our existing system with a couple of new components that got us a "like-new" system at a cost perhaps 20% of new.

The old one, as you showed us, wasn't properly designed and just never worked well. Our upgraded paging system meets our safety compliance needs and sounds better than ever.
